Connie
Swingle built and campaigned this tight little machine as
Don Garlits' Swamp Rat VII in 1964. Big Daddy never drove
it, although he wishes he had, describing it as "an awesome
car". It was a lightweight and compact dart that embodied
Swingle's ideas at the time, including the black-painted front
suspension and the serendipitous open-end wrench as push bar.
The finishing touch: weedburners.
Swamp
Rat VII now resides at the Garlits
Museum of Drag Racing.

Connie Swingle smokes the hides in '64 Car Craft
Green.
Available in three sizes on acid-free 100% cotton canvas, mounted
over custom-built wooden frame, ready for display. Custom
